Biografias Autor

Emilia Araújo, Centro de Estudos de Comunicação e Sociedade, Universidade do Minho, Portugal

Scientific researcher at the CECS – Centro de Estudos de Comunicação e Sociedade (Research Centre in Communications and Society). She teaches in the Sociology Department of the University of Minho, located in Portugal, and has worked in the fields of sociology of culture, sociology of science, and sociology of time.

Denise Cogo, Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing ESPM, Brasil

Full Professor at the Graduate Program in Communications and Consumer Practices of the Advertising and Marketing College (ESPM), located in São Paulo, Brazil. She is also a researcher at the National Scientific and Technological Development Council (CNPq).

Manuel Pinto, Centro de Estudos de Comunicação e Sociedade, Universidade do Minho, Portugal

Professor and researcher at the Institute of Social Sciences of the University of Minho. His areas of research encompasses the issues of informative and mediatic literacy, sociology of journalism and communication policies. He is director of the Doctoral Program in Communication Studies and director of the research group in Media and Journalism, in the Research Centre in communication Studies (CECS).
